Robert “Bob” and Linda Lou Claycamp of Seymour recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner at The Pines with their children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

The family is planning a trip to Gatlinburg, Tennessee, later this year.

Robert Claycamp and the former Linda Lou Ratcliff were married Jan. 23, 1966, at Cortland with the Rev. Bill Weaver officiating.

He is the son of the late Wilbur and Selma Claycamp, while she is the daughter of the late Lloyd “Bob” and Edna Ratcliff.

The couple have three children, Melissa (Steve) Christian, Dana Claycamp-Begley and Jonathan Claycamp, all of Seymour; seven grandchildren, all of Seymour; and three great-grandchildren, all from Seymour.

She is a homemaker and enjoys reading and taking care of her grandchildren. She is a member of Peace Lutheran Church in Seymour.

He is a dairy farmer and loves experimenting making cheeses, ice cream, maple syrup, etc. He is a member of St. Paul Lutheran Church, Borchers.
