President Glenda Neawedde opened the meeting with the Pledge of Allegiance and homemakers club creed.

Song leader Susan Robbins led members in singing “Dashing Through the Snow.”

Jarvis gave devotions entitled “Staying Present in the Moment.”

Roll call was given by asking “What is your favorite snowtime activity?”

Citizenship was given by Jarvis entitled “American Tidbits.”

A thank-you note was received from Provisions for the club’s food donation.

Neawedde passed out Tell-A-Homemaker News and gave the lesson on “The Crime of the 21st Century” because financial scams targeting seniors have become so prevalent.

Members voted to provide a backpack for foster kids filled with much-needed items.

“‘Twas the Month After Christmas and All Through the Night” was read.

The next meeting will be Feb. 18 at Cortland Diner.
