To clarify a story in Wednesday’s edition of The Tribune, Lannett Co. Inc.’s restructuring plans include an immediate company-wide reduction of 10 percent of employees and a total reduction of 20 percent company-wide over the next three years.

The Philadelphia-based company purchased Kremers Urban Pharmaceuticals in Seymour for $1.23 billion in November 2015 and announced the restructuring plan, which includes the elimination of 63 full-time positions at Seymour, on Tuesday morning.
