Debra Ann Neal, 59, of Seymour passed away Thursday, Feb. 4, 2016.

Born July 3, 1956, in Indianapolis, she was the daughter of Jack Neal Jr., who preceded her in death, and Betty Joan Holt Neal Bush, who survives.

Debra served in the U.S. Army and was a retired owner/operator of a roofing company in Indianapolis.

Survivors include her children, Stacey Neal, Brian (Jennifer) Crews, Keith Crews and Ashley Neal; brother, Richard Neal; sisters, Cathy Spurlock, Linda Hubbard, Jackie Petigo and Laura Wetzel; and six grandchildren, Cameron Neal, Kelan Neal, Marc Petro, Gavin Crews, Makiya Crews and Berkley Crews.

Besides her father, she was preceded in death by a grandson; a sister, Cindy Wilbur; and her stepfather, Don Bush.

A graveside service will be at 1 p.m. Monday at Riverview Cemetery in Seymour.
