NORTH VERNON

Richard Lee Gonterman, 48, of North Vernon passed away Wednesday, Feb. 17, 2016, at his home.

Born July 12, 1967, in Johnson County, he was the son of Ervie and Sharon Kay James Gonterman, both of whom survive.

Richard worked in real estate, at a tree service and as a general contractor.

Besides his parents, he is survived by his brothers, Bryan Scott Gonterman and Ervie Gonterman III.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Tina Gonterman.

Arrangements were handled by Voss & Sons Funeral Service, Seymour.
