VALLONIA

Crystal Kay Gross, 39, of Vallonia passed away at 11:45 a.m. Saturday, April 23, 2016, at her residence, surrounded by family.

Born March 28, 1977, in Salem, she was a daughter of Lana Darkis, who survives, and Ronnie and Pam Bowman, who also survive. On Sept. 14, 1996, she married Terry Gross, who survives.

Crystal had been employed at Wal-Mart Distribution Center in Seymour and attended Davis Memorial Nazarene Church in Bedford. She enjoyed yard work and antiques. More than anything, she loved her husband and her children.

Besides her parents and husband, survivors include her children, Haley Gross and Gatlin Gross; and a sister, Rhonda (Rick) Hubert.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Winklepleck-Weesner Funeral Home in Brownstown. Burial will take place at Vallonia Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday.
