A program about cooking with a slow cooker and doing it safely will be at 5 p.m. Friday at Brownstown Public Library, 120 E. Spring St.
Joni Muchler with Purdue Extension Jackson County will present the free program called “Crock-Pot Cooking and Safety.”
Participants will have the chance to learn tips and tricks to enhance their cooking experience while keeping themselves and their families safe.
Registration is requested and may be done at the circulation desk or by calling the library at 812-358-2853.
This program is free and open to the public.
