Purdue Extension Jackson County will be conducting 4-H sewing workshops from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 7, 14, 21 and 28 at Seymour High School, 1350 W. Second St.
Participants should enter through the bus lobby entrance.
This workshop is open to all Jackson County 4-H Sewing and 4-H Sewing for Fun members in Grades 3 through 12. Parents and 4-H volunteers also are invited to attend.
Members are encouraged to bring prewashed fabric, a project pattern, scissors, pins, a seam ripper, thread, a zipper, buttons, etc. as required for clothing and non-wearable projects.
4-H’ers wishing to participate should call the extension office at 812-358-6101 to preregister for the workshops on any date by June 3.
