Billie Combs Miskell and Michael Joe McDonald, both of Seymour, plan to marry at 4:30 p.m. Saturday, July 9, 2016, at Rockford Conservation Club in Seymour.

A reception will follow at the club.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of the late C.J. and Ruth Combs, while the future groom is the son of the late Roy and Florence McDonald.

She is a 1976 graduate of Seymour High School and is employed as a manager at Fast Stop. She is a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 1925, American Legion Post 89 and Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie 655, all of Seymour.

He is a 1976 graduate of Seymour High School and is the owner of MJ Painting of Seymour.
