Lance Hackman of Salem was named to the dean’s list for the spring semester at Indiana University East in Richmond.

The Brownstown Central High School graduate is a member of the men’s golf team.

Students named to the dean’s list have to take 12 or more credit hours and have a grade-point average of 3.5 on a 4.0 scale during a semester.
