Rita Kay Handley-Chapman, 64, of Seymour died Sunday, May 29, 2016, at Kindred Transitional Care and Rehabilitation of Columbus.

Survivors include her son, Jim (Heather Bell) Handley of Seymour; three grandchildren; and a brother, Ronnie Pemberton of Florida.

A family gathering will be at 6 p.m. Sunday at the graveside at Riverview Cemetery.

Memorials may be sent in care of the Rita Chapman Memorial Fund to Woodlawn Family Funeral Centre, which handled the arrangements.
