MOROCCO

Jerry Lee Moore, 62, of Morocco, died Monday, June 20, 2016, at Vibra Hospital of Northwestern Indiana in Crown Point.

Survivors include his children, Logan Lee Moore, Cayla Lynn Moore and Danah Jo Moore; three grandchildren; and siblings, Randy (Carol) Moore, Joey Moore, Sue (Steve) Everroad, Elvie Griffin, Shirley (Doug) Burton, Rotha (Otis) Stout, Joyce (Mitch) Hudson and Teresa (Kenny) Sharp.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Cheryl Johnson.

The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Woodlawn Life Celebration Centre. Burial will be at Hayden Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Friday.
