Dorothy Killion, 78, of Seymour, passed away Wednesday, June 22, 2016, at Covered Bridge Health Campus.

Born Aug. 30, 1937, in Butler County, Ohio, she was the daughter of Robert S. and Mary Ann Norton Neanover. On July 14, 1957, in Lynchburg, Ohio, she married Arthur Killion Jr., who preceded her in death Sept. 19, 1997.

Dorothy was a member of Central Christian Church. She was a homemaker, and she retired in 2011 from Lutheran Community Home where she worked in the kitchen and housekeeping departments. She was a member of the American Legion Ladies Auxiliary and Eagles Club.

Survivors include her daughter, Diana L. (Jeff Smith) Killion; daughter-in-law, Carol Killion; grandchildren, Doug Killion, Ben Smith, Leigh (Robbie) Perky, Arthur M. Killion, Adi (Jeff) Nicholson, Kelsey Killion and Jessie Killion; great-grandchildren, Dylan Fields, Tylan Nicholson and Conell Killion; and a brother, Patrick (Diane) Neanover.

Beside her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by sons, Charles “Rick” Killion and Arthur Duane Killion; a daughter, Melissa Hildreth; and four brothers, Jessie, Virgil, Albert and Harry Neanover.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Voss Chapel with the Rev. Kit Bogan officiating. Burial will follow at Riverview Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 9 a.m. until time of service Monday at the funeral home.

Memorials may be given to Central Christian Church.
