Purdue Extension Jackson County is conducting a new 4-H member orientation from 5 to 6 p.m. or 7 to 8 p.m. Monday at the extension office, 111 S. Main St., Suite 10, Brownstown.

This event is open to all Jackson County 4-H members new to the program, wanting to learn more about 4-H or needing creative ideas for fair projects.

Members are encouraged to bring friends who recently have joined 4-H to learn more at this orientation.

4-H’ers wishing to participate should call the extension office at 812-358-6101 to pre-register. When pre-registering, let the office know when you will attend.
