Families and descendants of the late William and Rebecca Wineinger Akers, Henry and Mary Akers Leslie, Ossie Akers Gorbett Brown and Charles and Florence Gorbett Anderson are invited to the annual Akers-Anderson-Leslie reunion Sunday at the shelter house at Shields Park at the corner of Sixth and Broadway streets in Seymour.

A pitch-in dinner begins at noon, followed by a live auction at 1 p.m. A euchre tournament will be at 2:30 p.m. with cash and trophies to be awarded.

Other activities include door prizes, cash drawings, bingo, bean-bag toss, grab bags, horseshoe pitching, a hula-hoop contest, jumbo checkers, genealogy updates, a kiddie pool, hot dogs on the grill and an ugly baby photo contest.
