Deborah Kay Amburgey, 46, of Seymour, died Sunday, June 26, 2016, at her residence.

Survivors include her children, Lisa Kay Barger, Mark A. Amburgey and Ashley N. Pettyjohn; and a sister, Melissa J. Haveard.

A memorial service will be from 5 to 8 p.m. today at New Life Assembly of God in Seymour.
