Golf outing benefits Anchor House

A golf outing to benefit Anchor House Family Assistance Center is set for July 15 at Shadowood Golf Course in Seymour.

Registration for the scramble will start at 7 a.m. that day, followed by a shotgun start at 8 a.m. and lunch at noon.

The $75 entry fee includes green fee, cart, range balls, prize drawings and a group memento photo for each player. Prizes include new golf bags, fairway woods, golf certificates, course GPS, Odyssey putters and hybrid irons.

Special events include “Beat the Mayor,” longest drive and putting contests and a hole-in-one prize of a 2016 Cadillac.
