MEDORA

Dale R. Robinson, 75, of Medora passed away Wednesday, July 6, 2016.

Born Dec. 9, 1940, in Bedford, he was the son of Robert Willis and Bessie Irene Weddell Robinson, both of whom preceded him in death. On June 30, 1962, he married Judith Kay Fleetwood, who survives.

Dale was a 1958 graduate of Medora High School and served his country in the U.S. Army.

He was a machinist for Cummins Engine Co. for 30 years, retiring in 1994, and was a member of Medora Pentecostal Church.

Besides his loving wife of 54 years, Judith K. Robinson, he is survived by a daughter, Dana M. (Gary) Munson; a son, Daryl R. (Mindi) Robinson; grandchildren, Kyle L. Munson, Dara L. Munson, Zackary D. Robinson, Nickolas I. Robinson, Darci L. Munson, Olivia B. (Zachary) McCameron, Heather M. Amburgey, Kimberly L. Amburgey, Edward R. “Trey” Koch and Izabella B. Shew; and four great-grandchildren, Alexander, John, Lynnlee and Damien.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ervan Robinson and Robert Robinson; and two sisters, Colleen Terrell and Wanda Arthur.

The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at The Tabernacle in Seymour.

Visitation will be from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at the church.
