Gamma Phi chapter of Tri Kappa recently announced the results of the 2015-16 season of the charity euchre program.

Tom and Marcia Snyder were first overall, followed by Delbert and Alberta Tormoehlen.

Other first-place finishers were Marsha Jane Waskom and Karen Zike, Pat Klosterman and Ron Krumme, Kenny and Vicki McKain, Dave and Tonja Bush, Ann Kloote and Marilyn Blevins, Richard and Marilyn Darlage, Kathy Rebber and Tammy Wright, Karen Zike and Terrie Lahrman, Nippy and Carol Schneider, Sandy Heideman and Verna Benter and Steve and Lisa Hoene.

Second-place finishers were Jerry and Elinor Brown, Carol Bobb and Brenda Odon, Melba Darlage and Marjorie Lambert and Melba Klosterman and Dian Krumme (tied), Jerry and Karen Zike, Steve and Susan Acton, Norman and Karen Kerkhof, Joyce Lucas and Marcia Snyder, Dale and Tammy VonDielingen, Les and Betty Tormoehlen, Brenda Papin and Jeannie Johnson, Robin Bolte and Kim Griffith, Bill and Judy Wonning and Melba Darlage and Marilyn Darlage.

The charity euchre program supports local scholarships, Riley Hospital for Children at Indiana University Health and the hospital’s cheer guild, local nursing homes, Hoosier Art Salon, Adopt-a-Spot and the state Gift and Talented program. The monies raised also go to local charities and cultural and education programs.
