Seymour Plan Commission plans to conduct a special meeting at 5 p.m. Thursday to discuss a development plan for an office building on the city’s far west side.

Rose Acre Farms Inc. plans to build the office on a 6.48-acre site purchased earlier this year.

Jayr Robinson with Force Design Inc. will represent the company during the meeting, which is open to the public and press.

The commission also plans to discuss hiring a consulting firm to update the city’s comprehensive plan.
