CENTERVILLE

Janice Lee Avila, 58, of Centerville, died at 10:46 p.m. Sunday, July 24, 2016, at Reid Hospital in Richmond.

Survivors include her mother, Lillian Goldman of Butlerville, and two daughters, Andrea Jean Sullivan and Taelisha Lynn Sullivan, both of Louisville, Kentucky.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Ernest.

There will not be a service.
