A few final fair thoughts

0

Hello everyone.

Today is the last day of the 2016 Jackson County Fair. It was a long week but it went fast.

I know I kept busy the whole time.

Whether it was working in pork producers stand or showing pigs, I was busy.

Today is the 4-H auction, and just like many other 4-H’ers we’re sad to see them go.

I want to thank last year’s buyer, Schroer Trucking for purchasing my 4-H hog.

I also want to thank some people before I sign off for the last time.

Thanks to The Tribune for giving me this opportunity to let you all know my adventures of this year’s fair, and thanks to January Rutherford for writing that amazing article and taking those awesome pictures of me.

Also, thanks to Mrs. Eppley and Miss Wallace for being the greatest FFA Advisors, the Jackson County Pork Producers for choosing me to be your 2016 Jackson County Pork Princess, and last but not least my family and friends who have been there for me this whole week.

Even though I don’t say it enough thank you all, I couldn’t have done any of this with out you.

Also, thank you Jackson County for reading my articles and coming up and telling me what you guys think. Even if I didn’t know who you were, thank you. Well, I hope you all have had a wonderful 2016 Jackson County fair. See you all next year at the fair.

Signing off, Kaelen Eglen
