Gilbert W. and Connie J. Hoene of Seymour will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with their children and families at the Grand Colonnade, French Lick Hotel, where the couple honeymooned.

Gilbert and the former Connie Wright were married Aug. 7, 1966, at Acme E.U.B. Church.

The couple have two sons, Brent (Mary Ellen) Hoene of Seymour and Benjamin (Amy) Hoene of Floyds Knobs, and four grandchildren.

Connie is a homemaker, and Gilbert is an engineer at Marathon Petroleum.
