The descendants of James and Nevada Mann conducted their family reunion June 26 in the community room at Freetown United Methodist Church.
Several family members attended the church service before the pitch-in dinner. Ethan Watts, son of Ryan and Hanna Watts, performed a piano solo during the service.
Cheryl Stuckwish gave the prayer blessing before the noon dinner. President Angie Rochner conducted the business meeting.
Cards were sent to the family’s military members, Andrew Abel and Kayla Walton. Both are serving in the U.S. Air Force.
Ryan Watts was elected to be the president for 2017.
Booklets were given to the family members that described what life was like on the Mann Farm in Freetown in the 1940s and 1950s.
