The Jackson County Public Library plans to present a murder mystery program, Murder in the Alps, from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Aug. 19 at the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.

When a mystery man is found dead outside the ski chalet, attendees become sleuths and question the suspects. The killer can be anyone in the room.

Those interested should register for the free program by Monday by going to myjclibrary.org/events or calling 812-523-INFO (4636). The first 10 to register will act as the suspects.

There is a limit of 30 for the program, which is sponsored by Friends of the Jackson County Public Library.
