Brooke Erin Beatty and Christopher Michael Newgent, both of Indianapolis, were married Saturday, April 9, 2016, at Redeemer Lutheran Church in Seymour, with the Revs. Andrew J. Currao and Daniel Lepley officiating.

The bride is the daughter of John and Kay Beatty of Seymour. The groom is the son of Michael Newgent and Al and Debbie Terry.

Bridget Longmeier, sister of the bride, was maid of honor. Holly Beatty, sister-in-law of the bride, and Tricia Pontrich, Brittany Snyder and Faith Peelle, all friends of the bride, were bridesmaids.

Cameron and Cayden Newgent, sons of the groom, were best men. Bart Beatty, brother of the bride, Jason Longmeier, brother-in-law of the bride, and Wayne Hoskins and Bobby Schmidt, friends of groom, were groomsmen.

Brinkley and Blis Beatty, nieces of the bride, were junior bridesmaids. Charlie and Mack Longmeier, nephews of bride, were junior groomsmen.

Lola Longmeier, niece of the bride, was flower girl. Spencer Nichols, Adan Andrade and Loren Crawford, all friends of the groom, were ushers.

Chelsea Andrade was the guest register, and Paige Pontrich was the bridal assistant.

Jeff Ude, uncle of the bride, was the vocalist, and Sara Reedy was the organist.

She graduated from Indiana University and is a member of Redeemer Lutheran Church.

He attended Indiana Wesleyan University.

Both work in Indianapolis.

A reception was held after the ceremony at Factory 12 Event Loft in Columbus with Drew Storey as the disc jockey.

A wedding trip to Florida was planned.
