The Dancing with the Seymour Stars 2016 fundraiser for the Boys and Girls Club of Seymour and Seymour Main Street will be Sept. 24 at Celebrations, 357 Tanger Blvd., Seymour.

There will be two performances that day — an expanded matinee at 2 p.m. and another at 6 p.m. The matinee is a family-friendly event with soft drinks and snacks.

Tickets for the matinee will go on sale Aug. 27 and will be available from 10 a.m. to noon at the Boys and Girls Club. Cost is $20. Beginning Aug. 29, they also will be available at The Pardieck Law Firm and MainSource Bank in Seymour and Family Drug in Brownstown.

Tickets purchased the day of the event at the door are $25. The evening show is sold out.

Dance couples include Jeff Joray and Kayla Teulker, Dr. Andy Dick and RaeAnn Mellencamp, Kody Riddle and Katrina Hardwick, Brad Boas and Becky Boas, Nate Otte and Marcie Pardieck, Tony Starkey and Maribel Enrique and the Rev. Joseph Barlau and Sarah Arnold.

Each couple will perform a dance routine, and the audience will vote with their checkbooks, credit cards or cash. The pair that bring in the most money will be declared the winners after the evening performance.
