Edna Marie “Granny” Kaufman, 92, of Seymour passed away Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016, at Lutheran Community Home with her loving family by her side.
Born Oct. 15, 1923, in Seymour, she was the daughter of William and Anna Hageman Kloeker.
Edna was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Seymour and had been employed as a bookkeeper at Pardieck’s Mechanical.
Survivors include her children, Jeffery W. Kaufman and Kim C. Kaufman; eight grandchildren, Corbett Hammons, Jeff (Sandy) Kaufman, Chris Kaufman, Josh (Genesis) Kaufman, Rocky (Katie) Kaufman, Kimberly (Nate) Neeley, April (Joshua) Pugh and Austin Kaufman; nine great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; daughter, Dawn Marie Hammons; daughter-in-law, Linda Gail Kaufman; six brothers; and two sisters.
The funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Immanuel Lutheran Church with the Rev. Ralph Blomenberg officiating.
Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Voss Chapel in Seymour and from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday at the church.
Burial will be at Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery.
