Donna Darlene Palmer, 84, of Scipio died at 2:58 a.m. Thursday, Aug. 25, 2016, at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis.

Survivors include her husband, Carlos M. Palmer; a daughter, Karen (Vance) Yelmene of Manitowoc, Wisconsin; a son, Rodney (Linda) Margison of Bloomington; two grandsons; and a brother, Larry (Ruth) Murphy of Columbus.

The funeral service will be at noon today at Sawyer-Pickett Funeral Home in North Vernon with the Rev. Don Bradley officiating.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service.

There will be a cremation followed by a private interment ceremony at a later date.
