Circle of Friends Story Time for children ages 2 to 6 will meet from 3:30 to 4 p.m. Sept. 7, 14 and 21 and Oct. 5, 12 and 16 at the Brownstown Public Library, 120 E. Spring St.

This program begins promptly at 3:30 p.m. A library staff member will come to the children’s department to let children know that it is time for the program.

Each week, children will be introduced to a different theme through a combination of stories, songs, finger plays and crafts.

Children who attend this program should be able to color and use glue sticks independently. A parent or guardian must attend story time with children under 3 to assist with finger plays and craft projects.

Parents and guardians must remain in the building with all children younger than 5.

All of the children will be escorted back to the children’s department at the end of the program.

If Brownstown Central Community School Corp. closes due to weather, all children’s programming will be canceled.
