FRANKFORT, KENTUCKY

Dr. James Mathis Barr Jr., 74, died Saturday, Aug. 27, 2016, at Lantern at Morning Pointe in Frankfort, Kentucky.

Survivors include his daughters, Cassy (Paul) Wiggins of Parker, Colorado, and Jamie (Stuart) Clark and Carrie (Steve) Darnaby, both of Frankfort, Kentucky; three grandsons; two sisters, Sue Ann (Susie) Brockett of Seymour and Caroline Barr of Las Cruces, New Mexico.

A celebration of life service will be at 2 p.m. Sept. 24 at Harrod Brothers Funeral Home in Frankfort, Kentucky.

Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service.
