WATFORD CITY, N.D. — A Watford City woman who authorities say had five children in her sport utility vehicle when she was arrested for driving under the influence has pleaded not guilty to two charges.
Court records show that 32-year-old Kathaleen Livingston pleaded not guilty Friday to misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment and driving under the influence of alcohol.
The Williston Herald (http://bit.ly/2coPYpI ) reports that court records show five children between the ages of 5 and 12 were in the SUV when a police officer stopped Livingston after seeing her driving erratically for several blocks.
Court records show Livingston registered a blood alcohol level that was more than three times the legal driving limit.
The newspaper reports it wasn’t immediately clear what relationship Livingston has with the children.
Livingston’s attorney did not immediately respond to a request seeking comment on the case Monday.
