A rural Norman man accused of three counts of sexual misconduct with a minor has been arrested.

Tommy Joe Graham Jr., 34, faces two counts of sexual misconduct with a minor, a Level 4 felony, and one count of sexual misconduct with a minor committed by a person at least 21 years old, a Level 5 felony.

A Jackson Circuit Court warrant for Graham’s arrest was served Thursday night by the Jackson County Sheriff’s Department.

The investigation that led to Graham’s arrest started in June 2016 when the victim’s parents contacted the sheriff’s department and talked to Officer Rick Meyer. They reported Graham had sexually molested their 14-year-old daughter at a home in the western part of the county, according to the probable cause affidavit.
