NORTH VERNON

Jonathan Dale Roach Spears, 45, of North Vernon died at 11 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016, at St. Vincent Jennings Hospital.

Survivors include his wife, Denise Spears of North Vernon; daughters, Julia Biddinger and Timeeka Ramsey, both of North Vernon; father and stepmother, Melvin and Jan Spears of Columbus; mother, Phyllis Johnson of Elizabethtown; brothers, James Jackson of Elizabethtown, Jeff (Missy) Spears of Columbus and Larry Taylor Jr. of Indiana; sisters, Cynthia (Tony) Mayhew Dukes of Paoli, Elizabeth Jackson of Illinois, Louann (Ray) Vaught of Brown County, Teresa (Tony) Spears of Columbus and Lisha Barnum of Indiana; and seven grandchildren.

The funeral service will be at noon Monday at Dove-Sharp & Rudicel Funeral Home and Cremation Services in North Vernon. Burial will be at Reddington Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Monday.

Memorials may be made for expenses.
