EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — New York Giants receiver Odell Beckham Jr., has been fined $36,000 for a crack-back block on Saints safety Kenny Vaccaro in last Sunday’s game, a person with knowledge of the fine tells The Associated Press
The person spoke on condition of anonymity because the NFL has not announced the fine.
Beckham’s block came in the third quarter of New York’s 16-13 victory.
Beckham previously was fined a $12,154 penalty for being part of a group celebration in the Giants’ opening win at Dallas. Last year, he drew three personal fouls in a game against Carolina and was suspended for New York’s next game.
Coincidentally on Sunday, Beckham was facing Redskins cornerback Josh Norman, the opponent he fouled against the Panthers last December, leading to his suspension.
Fox Sports first reported Beckham’s latest fine.
