The rides are being set up in downtown Seymour for the 44th annual Seymour Oktoberfest, which runs Thursday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m.

Carnival bracelets are available at Seymour City Hall. They are $15 per bracelet if purchased by 1 p.m. Wednesday. They will be $20 at the midway.
