PHILADELPHIA — Philadelphia police say one young man has been killed and four others injured in two separate shootings.

The first was reported about 7:50 p.m. Monday in Germantown. That’s where police found a 22-year-old man unresponsive and a 20-year-old man shot in the leg. While police were investigating, an 18-year-old man shot in arm in the same incident was dropped off at Einstein Medical Center by a private vehicle. Both wounded men are in stable condition.

The second shooting occurred shortly after 9:15 p.m. in southwest Philadelphia. That’s where police say two men, ages 18 and 24, were shot in the legs. They were taken to Penn Presbyterian Medical Center and are also both in stable condition.

Police haven’t arrested anyone in either shooting.
