Beverly Creech Douglas, 59, of Seymour died Sunday, Sept. 25, 2016, at her home in Seymour.

Survivors include her children, Diana (Joe) Farmer, Billy (Shannon) Douglas, Lisa (Harold) Johnson and Clayton Douglas; six grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; sister, Anita Barker; and two brothers, James W. (June) Creech and Carl (Denise) Creech.

The funeral service will be at 3 p.m. Friday at Calvary Baptist Church.

Visitation will be from 2 p.m. until time of service Friday.

Memorials may be made to Calvary Baptist Church.
