Crothersville’s annual community yard sales event is Saturday.

Residents will have yard sales set up around town.

Anyone interested in renting a space at Bard Street Park may do so for $10. The shelter house will be available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Picnic tables will be available to use until they are full or people can bring their own. When the shelter house space is full, people can set up outside the shelter house.

Also that day, First Baptist Church will serve breakfast from 7 to 10 a.m. at the church at 305 E. Howard St.; Tri-County Conservation Club will sell fish sandwiches at the club at 8705 E. County Road 800S; Crothersville-Vernon Township Volunteer Fire Department will have activities at the fire station at the corner of Armstrong and Moore streets; and Crothersville FFA will sell pork burgers at the school, 109 N. Preston St.
