PITTSBURGH — A Pittsburgh man has been sentenced to consecutive life sentences for shooting two other men during a drug deal last year.

Twenty-three-year-old John Williams was convicted in July of two counts of first-degree murder in the deaths of 28-year-old Jamie Romesburg and 25-year-old Kenneth Beckel.

Authorities say the two victims were in a Chevrolet Silverado when they were gunned down in broad daylight in September 2015.

An Allegheny County judge imposed the mandatory sentences Monday. Williams won’t be eligible for parole.
