Gregory L. “Gregg” Maschino, 58, of Bloomington, formerly of Seymour, passed away Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016, at his home.

Born Jan. 5, 1958, in Seymour, he was the son of Tony and Marilyn Wilson Maschino, both of whom preceded him in death.

Gregg was a member of St. Ambrose Catholic Church and a graduate of Seymour High School, class of 1976. After graduation he entered and served his country in the U.S. Air Force.

Gregg had a great love for music and he played in several bands in the area. He was known by many as a musician who could play the drums very well.

Survivors include his brother, Kevin Maschino; three sisters, Lisa Maschino, Gina Maschino, Michelle (Brad) Emerson; nephew, Chase Emerson; niece, Chelsea Emerson; and several aunts and uncles and cousins.

Besides his parents, he was preceded in death by his grandparents.

A graveside service will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Fairview Cemetery, Brownstown, with Father Dan Staublin officiating.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Thursday at Voss Chapel. The family asks that those who are able to attend, in honor of Gregg, wear white T-shirt, jeans and a ball cap.

Memorials may be made to donor’s choice of charity.
