The public is invited to learn how to get their gardens ready for the next growing season during a program at 6 p.m. Tuesday at the Seymour Library, 303 W. Second St.

Library information services assistant Kathi Linz will present the program entitled “Prepare Your Garden for Spring.”

Linz has researched and experimented with ways to grow a garden in a small place. She will share experiences in a combination of setting up a raised garden bed, working on compost and winter seed sowing.
