Seymour city offices, including the Department of Public Works and Seymour Transit, will be closed Friday for Veterans Day.

Trash, recycling and yard waste normally picked up Friday will be picked up Thursday.

All Jackson County governmental offices along with those in Brownstown, Crothersville and Medora also will be closed.
