Community Church in Brownstown will be serving a free meal as a thank you to all veterans and active duty military at 6:30 p.m. Friday, which is Veterans Day.

The meal will consist of meatloaf, mashed potatoes, green bean casserole and dessert. Everyone is welcome to the event at the church at 117 W. Tanner St.

A revival also is planned for 6:30 p.m. Sunday and Monday at the church. Kyle Fisher will bring the message “Beating our Giants” with Driven worship band leading the music.
