Schneck Medical Center Hospice plans to conduct a GriefShare seminar from 7 to 9 p.m. today for people grieving the death of a loved one and others dreading the weeks surrounding Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Surviving the Holidays is designed to help people learn how to deal with the many emotions they will face during the holidays, what to do about traditions and other coming changes, helpful tips for surviving social events and how to discover hope for your future.

The seminar will be in the Schneck Auditorium, just inside the visitor’s entrance at Schneck Medical Center in Seymour.
