William “Bill” and Jo Ann Brock of Seymour plan to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with a family gathering hosted by their children and grandchildren.

Bill and the former Jo Ann Benter were married Nov. 19, 1966, at St. John’s Lutheran Church at Sauers. The late Rev. Alvin A. Mueller officiated.

Bill is the son of the late Harold and Norma Jean Brock, and Jo Ann is the daughter of the late Gustave and Emma Benter.

The couple have two children, Kimberly (Rex) Enzinger of Columbus and James W. Brock of Seymour; and two grandchildren, Erin and Samantha Enzinger.

Jo Ann retired after working at Jackson County REMC and the Jackson County Health Department.

Bill is a farmer and a member of the Jonesville dartball team. He also served in the Indiana National Guard.

Both are active members of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Jonesville.
