Donavon and Mary Alice Coffey of Haleysburg will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary today.

Donavon and the former Mary Alice Brown were married Nov. 16, 1956, in Uniontown. The Rev. Walter Mosely officiated.

The couple have four children, Steven (Regina) Coffey of Haleysburg, Donnita (Roy) Bowers of Millport, Lisa (David) McKitrick of Bedford and Sheila (Anthony) LaHue of Salem; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Donavon is retired from Cummins Engine Co., and Mary Alice is a homemaker.
