CROTHERSVILLE

Lorie Ann Foster, 40, of Crothersville passed away Sunday, Nov. 27, 2016, at Floyd Memorial Hospital in New Albany.

She was born May 11, 1976, in Lawton, Oklahoma.

Lorie was a member of Lighthouse Tabernacle Church in Crothersville. She loved going to church, riding on a Harley-Davidson, attending Mentor Day Service Program in Seymour and Wonder Valley Handicap Camp, and especially loved her service dog, Gracie.

Survivors include her parents, James and Sandra Foster of Crothersville; her father, Bill Foster of Crothersville; sisters, Amanda Lynn Ross, Kayla Foster and Kayce Newby, all of Crothersville; brothers, Ethan Foster, Isaiah Foster and Richard Foster, all of Crothersville; paternal grandparents, Curt and Geneva Collman of Crothersville; and her best friend Deanna Riley.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jason Foster; and grandparents, Albert and Ann Foster and Laura Barrett.

The funeral service will be at noon Thursday at Buchanan Funeral Home in Austin, with the Rev. Jerry Miles officiating. Burial will be at Uniontown Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Thursday.
