Ronald Kirschbaum, 50, of Seymour passed away Wednesday, Nov. 30, 2016, at Schneck Medical Center.

Born March 13, 1966, he was the son of Iva M. Powell Smith, who preceded him in death.

Ronald worked at Nikkei MC Aluminum America Inc. He enjoyed fishing, gardening, sports and time working in the yard.

Survivors include his sons, Aaron Kirschbaum and Austin Kirschbaum; his companion of seven years, Leigha Traub; sisters, Bobbi Ivy and Victoria Sherrill; brother, Steven Kirschbaum; stepbrother, Jacob Smith; and aunt, Nina Icenogle.

Besides his mother, he was preceded in death by his stepfather, Forrest Smith, and brother, Kirt Kirschbaum.

The funeral service will be at 1:30 p.m. Saturday at Voss Chapel. Burial will be at Reddington Cemetery.

Visitation will be from 4 to 7 p.m. Friday and from 12:30 p.m. until time of service Saturday at the funeral home.
