BUTLERVILLE

William Richard Fugate, 63, of Butlerville died at 7:11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 29, 2016, at Columbus Regional Health.

Survivors include his son, Ezra James Fugate of Scottsburg; and sisters, Mary (Tim) Miller of North Vernon and Darlene (Terry) Malone of Vernon.

Cremation is planned and memorial services may be conducted at a later date.

Memorials may be made to funeral home for expenses.
